This cat has been humanely euthanised. He was blind and neurological. He could hardly get around, urinated on himself. FeLV had no bearing on the decision.

More updated case info:

Beginning in early June, Rehnee did begin to voluntarily turn over some cats. She voluntarily turned over 40 cats; 25 kittens (most of which were born to unspayed females), and 15 adults.
A total of 59 cats were taken during the seizure from the three Angel Wings properties June 30th. The vast majority came from Terry's house. Only five were found at the Cat House and one at Rehnee's house.

Total Seized is 59. The number of those turned over voluntarily is 40. Total number of cats recovered from Angel Wings all together: 99.

All cats are now vetted.

Total of all cats with FIV is 14, and FeLV is 8. Only one FeLV cat has been euthanized.

Not all cats have been scanned - yet. Did not scan the dead, too much else going on. That would have been great tho. Not sure we could do anything about that now. I honestly did not expect to find that many dead - and certainly not that many dead INSIDE the house. I was really only prepared to go in and rescue the living. Sorry that I was not prepared for what we found.

The judge awarded OWNERSHIP of all animals to Peaceful Kingdom - www.peacefulkingdom.org They will post all pictures there soon. Still collecting those, there were lots of cameras. We have been too busy to get the pics on the web. I plan to send a letter to everyone who has contacted underdogs telling them about the seizure and the availability of photos soon. I am hoping that a few people who don't see their cat may agree to adopt another cat when they see all the photos. We will be charging an adoption fee to cover the costs of having the cats vetted and altered (if they are not already).

Rehnee Harvey was charged with 37 counts of misdemeanor animal cruelty on Friday Jun 24th. The counts are misdemeanors, because it was her first offense.
There were nine decomposed bodies inside the house and two fairly recently deceased cats in the front yard. There were a total of 14 dead animals (corpses) found at the three sites. As a result, Rehnee will be charged with an additional 14 counts of felony animal cruelty.
